Terms of use
1. The service
Mission 90 is a 90-day personal programme: a book, an app (Life Audit, habits, check-ins, journal, weekly review) and, if you accept it, an AI coach. These terms govern the use of the app. On iPhone, Apple's standard licence agreement (Apple Standard EULA) also applies.
2. Account
You must be 16 or older. You are responsible for your sign-in details and for what you write in the app. You can delete your account at any time in the settings; deletion is permanent.
3. Access, trial and subscriptions
- After the Life Audit, you get 14 days of free access. The Life Audit and your history always remain available.
- A Mission 90 book or collector kit gives app access for the length of the programme, once per account.
- Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are bought and billed by the App Store or Google Play. They renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds follow the rules of Apple or Google. For the collector kit bought on the web, the legal withdrawal rights of your country apply.
4. Health and the AI coach
Mission 90 is a personal development tool, not a medical device. It gives no diagnosis or treatment and does not replace a doctor, a psychologist or emergency services. The AI coach can make mistakes: use your own judgement and report any inappropriate answer with the button provided. Before a significant change in physical activity or diet, ask a health professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to harm others, to try to get around payment or security, or to extract the content of the book or the app. We may suspend an account that does so.
6. Content
The book, lessons, texts and design of Mission 90 belong to Mission 90 · EngageEngine. What you write remains yours; you allow us to store and process it only to provide the service.
7. Liability
We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, without guaranteeing that it will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about any important change. These terms are governed by Swiss law; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain applicable.
