Privacy policy
This policy explains what the Mission 90 app and its server collect, why, where it is stored and how to delete it. It applies the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for users in the European Union, the GDPR.
1. Who is responsible
Mission 90 · EngageEngine (Swiss business ID CHE-380.830.174), 1913 Saillon, Suisse. Contact for any privacy question: info@engageengine.ch.
2. What we collect
- Account: name, email address, language, time zone; if you sign in with Apple or Google, the identifier they give us (and, for Apple, a token used only to revoke the link when you delete your account).
- Your programme: Life Audit answers and scores, habits, check-ins (mood, energy, day), journal entries, targets you enter, focus sessions and workouts.
- Coach: the messages you exchange with the coach, your thumbs up/down and any reports.
- Health (iPhone, optional): if you allow it, steps, sleep and movement minutes read from Apple Health, to show them in your weekly review. Nothing is written to Apple Health.
- Purchases: the proof of purchase sent by the App Store or Google Play (product, dates, status). We never see your card details. For the collector kit sold on the web, Stripe processes the payment and gives us your shipping address.
- Book activation: the page word you type, or the photo of your receipt if you send one.
- Device: platform, app version and reminder times.
- Launch waiting list (website): if you leave your email on mission90.app, we keep that address, the language of the page and the date of your consent, only to send you one email on launch day.
No advertising, no advertising identifier, no tracking across other apps, no sale of data.
3. The AI coach
Only if you accept it in the app, the context needed for a coach answer (your programme, recent check-ins and non-private journal entries) is sent to Infomaniak AI Tools, hosted in Switzerland, which generates the answer for us. Entries you mark as private are never sent. You can withdraw this consent at any time in the settings: the app then works without the coach. The coach is not a doctor or therapist; if you write something that suggests distress, the app shows emergency numbers instead of an AI answer.
4. Why and on what basis
- To provide the programme and your account (performance of the contract).
- To generate coach answers, to process health data and to email you at launch (your explicit consent, which you can withdraw).
- To verify purchases and keep accounting records (legal obligations).
- To secure the service and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
5. Where the data lives and who processes it
- Infomaniak (Switzerland): server hosting, emails and AI coach.
- Apple and Google: sign-in and in-app purchases, under their own policies.
- Stripe: payment for the collector kit on the web.
Your account data is stored in Switzerland. Apple, Google and Stripe may process data outside Switzerland under their own safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. When you delete your account in the app, your account and all its content (programme, journal, messages, receipt photos) are erased immediately and permanently. Purchase records required for accounting are kept without any link to you, for the legal period (10 years in Switzerland). The waiting list is deleted once the launch email has been sent; you can ask to be removed before that at any time.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw a consent, and object to a processing. Deletion is available directly in the app (Settings). For anything else, write to info@engageengine.ch. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your national authority.
8. Age
Mission 90 is for people aged 16 and over.
9. Changes
We will update this page if our practices change and tell you in the app about any important change.
